The percentage of adult respondents who report owning an online digital ID. If the minimum age for obtaining an ID is above 15, observations below the minimum age are excluded, sub-sample upper 60% income category. Every country, region and year the World Bank publishes for indicator has_eid_8 (Identification for Development (ID4D) Data), delivered as a tidy table — country, ISO code, year and value — ready for analysis in Excel, R, Python or the Intigal AI workspace.
