Terms of Service

1. Who we are

INTIGAL.AI (“Intigal”, “we”, “us”) is the seller and operator of the Intigal AI artificial-intelligence analytics platform. You are contracting with INTIGAL.AI. By creating an account, purchasing a product or continuing to use the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for a single named user unless you hold a Pro or Enterprise plan that includes team seats.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the authority to bind the organisation you represent.

3. Plans, billing and limits

The Free plan includes 3 credits per day, each granting a full-capability analysis. Premium ($29/month) and Pro ($99/month) are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Dataset downloads are also sold individually from $1 to $7. Enterprise plans are governed by a separate written agreement.

Usage limits apply per plan and are enforced automatically. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

You may cancel at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by our reseller's buyer terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

3a. Reseller and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3b. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a subscription or one-off purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact support@intigal.ai. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and remain subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges and does not itself request a refund. Unless a refund is approved, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Your data and content

You retain full ownership of every dataset, file and prompt you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the platform and deliver the analysis you requested.

We do not use your data to train foundation models. You are responsible for having the legal right to upload the data you submit, including any personal data belonging to third parties.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Intigal AI to break the law, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, attempt to access other customers' data, reverse-engineer the platform, resell access without a Pro or Enterprise agreement, or generate deliberately misleading financial or market claims.

We may suspend accounts that threaten platform stability or the security of other customers.

6. AI output is not professional advice

Intigal AI produces statistical and analytical output that may contain errors or omissions. It is not investment, accounting, legal, tax or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating results before relying on them for any decision.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on Free, Premium or Pro plans. Contractual uptime commitments are available on Enterprise plans only. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
