Net financial account (BoP, current US$) — every country, all years (World Bank)

The net financial account shows net acquisition and disposal of financial assets and liabilities. It measures how net lending to or borrowing from nonresidents is financed, and is conceptually equal to the sum of the balances on the current and capital accounts. This indicator is expressed in current prices, meaning no adjustment has been made to account for price changes over time. This indicator is expressed in United States dollars. Every country, region and year the World Bank publishes for indicator BN.FIN.TOTL.CD (World Development Indicators), delivered as a tidy table — country, ISO code, year and value — ready for analysis in Excel, R, Python or the Intigal AI workspace. Original compiler: Balance of Payments Statistics Yearbook and data files, International Monetary Fund (IMF).
